This supportive, no-pressure course is specifically designed for women new to strength training. We’ll keep it simple, fun, and focused on helping you feel amazing in your body.
 
Each session includes:
 
✅ Easy-to-follow dumbbell exercises
✅ 3 focused sections: Lower Body, Upper Body, Standing Core
✅ Friendly coaching, guidance, and modifications
✅ Warm-up & cool-down included
✅ All fitness levels welcome
 
What to bring:
 
– A pair of dumbbells
– Water bottle
_ Yoga/Pilates Mat
– Comfy clothes you can move in
– A willingness to have a go!
