Introduction
Welcome to Strength Training for Beginners – My name is Mel and I will be your tutor for this course.
Strength Training is something that I discovered in my late 30s when I became a Personal Trainer. It’s one of my favourite ways to train, not only my clients, but myself as well.
I created this course to educate others about the benefits of Strength Training how it can be made suitable for all fitness levels and why I believe everyone should all incorporate strength training into their fitness regimes, even if you are just getting started.
I hope you enjoy the course, learn something new and hopefully, want to give strength training a try at the end!
